Welcome to the world of Ms. Strawberry Shortcake, our lively and fun-loving inspiration for our latest idea!
As we’ve grown into a fully-operational catering business, we’ve chosen to stick mostly to savory dishes. But now, we’re excited to explore the world of desserts. We’re deeply passionate about serving exceptional, one-of-a-kind meals, something you haven’t seen before in a food truck. We made waves with our Mac ‘N Noodles food truck in 2016, where we mixed mac n cheese into an amazing combination, all starting with our homemade cheese sauce. We didn’t stop there, we kept the innovation going with our Colorado Pig Rig, where we carefully smoke our meats and prepare our own bbq sauce from scratch. Then, we added a new twist with our “Denver” Cheesesteak, which is filled with garlic aioli, green chilis, and provolone cheese.
Today, we’re proud to introduce our latest creation, and our first-ever dessert – The Strawberry Shortcake. We start with our homemade shortcake bread that perfectly balances savory and sweet flavors. But we don’t stop there, we then whip up our own homemade whipped cream and finish it with fresh fruit on top.
Our goal is to make each bite you take full of lively, energetic, and bold flavors, much like the spirit of Ms. Strawberry Shortcake herself. We can’t wait for you to try it and hope to see you soon!
